AMAAN GAS NARUMORU GIRL'S SECONDARY SCHOOL PROJECT
Here we are at Narumoru Girl’s Secondary School where we were contracted to supply and install LPG cooking system under a project known as accelerated clean cooking action in Kenya (ACCA) project,
supported by the state department for energy, embassy of Japan, UNDP and community road empowerment (CORE).
As part of our CSR we offered training to the students and staff members on how to use the fire extinguisher and we also conducted drills on what to do in case of fire outbreak and also on first aid.

The official launch of Narumoru Girls LPG Cooking Facility and Kitchen
Officiated the launch of Narumoru Girls LPG Cooking Facility and Kitchen renovation under the Accelerating Clean Cooking Access project supported by the State Department for Energy , Embassy of Japan, UNDP and Community Road Empowerment (CORE).
The promotion of clean cooking embraces a wide range of cooking solutions including LPG, and as a department, we are in the process of developing a National Cooking Transition Strategy to support this initiative.
This project is part of the broader national initiative to meet the goal of clean cooking which aligns with the Presidential directive on LPG. We appreciate the participation of the Nyeri County government in this process and look forward to continued engagement.
